We have a clearly structured and proven project execution process where we use the latest technological solutions in the field of CAD systems, CAE systems, process simulations, vision systems, and industrial data collection and processing to solve individual technical tasks.
Based on customer requirements, a price quotation is always thoroughly prepared, including a feasibility study, simulations of the reaches and movements of robotic systems, and a hardware configuration and safety concept. Through these processes, we can verify the feasibility of the customer's requirements for their new equipment at the quotation stage.
We turn the feasibility study into a functional concept, the output of which is a 3D model of the equipment, along with electrical and pneumatic schematics. This step concludes with your approval of the technical solution - Design Review.
Following your approval of the technical solution, our engineering team will prepare complete documentation. We start with production documentation for our manufacturing floor and electricians, assembly layouts to ensure correct installation, and, of course, a precise operating and maintenance manual for your future equipment.
Once our production department prepares all the necessary parts, we start assembling your future equipment. Our assembly specialists will build the machine and, in cooperation with our programming team, commission the system and prepare it for production testing.
We do not just want to sell you production technology; we also consider identifying flaws throughout the entire lifecycle of your equipment. Should you be interested in our additional services, we can provide remote access support, ensure process data collection and processing, create analytical tools for proper diagnostics, establish connection with an ERP system, and offer many other support activities ensuring long-term sustainability.
For us, the most important step is the equipment acceptance process while the machine is still at our facility. After thorough testing, we will invite you to inspect and accept your new system. Only when your team confirms that everything is in order will we begin dismantling and transport.
The product is then commissioned and tested. The client is invited to a pre-acceptance inspection where they can also see the testing procedures of the requested machine. After a thorough inspection, the product is transported to the customer.
Following successful installation at your premises, our technical team, in cooperation with your project manager, will start the operator and maintenance training process. Necessary inspections will be carried out, and, of course, the equipment will be certified by an authorised company to ensure that your new system is not only functional but also safe.
